Your 3 Days From Fes To Merzouga begins early in the morning. After crossing the Middle Atlas mountains, you’ll drive to Ifrane, a town nicknamed “Little Switzerland” that will make you feel momentarily transported out of Morocco. Continuing through this unique landscape, you’ll arrive at the Cedar Forest of Azrou, where you’ll have the chance to encounter some local apes.
Next, you’ll make your way to the town of Midelt, a beautiful village renowned for its sweet apples. Take a stroll through the village and stop for lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll continue your journey towards the Erg Chebbi desert. Along the way, marvel at the stunning Ziz Gorges, with its picturesque palm tree-lined valley, mountains, and ancient kasbahs.
In the evening, upon reaching Erg Chebbi, you can enjoy a delicious dinner at a traditional riad or local kasbah.

Begin your day by witnessing a spectacular desert sunrise. Then, enjoy a full day of exploration – ride the dunes, take in the breathtaking beauty of southern Morocco, and learn about the ways of desert nomads. Have tea with them and see their traditional tents to gain insight into their local customs and lifestyle. The desert’s vibrant hues and striking contrasts will suit you.
Next, we’ll visit Khamlia to dance with Gnawa musicians. Following the festivities, we’ll head to Rissani, a major desert city. Wander the market and enjoy lunch before your camel caravan takes you to the high dunes of Erg Chebbi to watch the sunset and experience true desert life.
Back at camp, indulge in an excellent cup of tea and one of Morocco’s finest tagines. Step outside the tents and gaze up at the billions of stars blanketing the sky. The camels will gather around the fire, playing bongos and singing stories. You can choose to sleep in your tent or under the open desert sky.

We will wake you up early in the morning and guide you through the high dunes to watch the sunrise. Afterward, you will ride your camel back to the hotel, passing once again through the towering dunes. Upon your return, you can enjoy breakfast and freshen up.
Then, we will begin our adventure back to Fes, traversing the diverse landscapes of the Atlas Mountains. We will stop in Midelt for lunch, and then visit the famous cedar forest to see the monkeys that live within.
Arriving in Fes in the evening will mark the end of your 3 Days Tour from Fes to Merzouga.
